Telugu Desam birthday party president and former Andhra Pradesh chief minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Wednesday rushed to New Delhi to meet the top brass of the Bharatiya Janata birthday celebration, amidst speculations that his birthday party may return to the countrywide Democratic Alliance (NDA) after an opening of almost six years, a senior TDP chief familiar with the improvement stated.
